This one takes us back to MUSE opening day! Originally, June 1st was our planned opening date. As with most things we would come to learn, even the best laid plans can be upended by the lovely folks at Municipal Licensing and Standards.

Back to opening day, June 3rd 2009, With myself & Riley dressed up so much we could have been in Vegas out on the town…we thought Day 1 would be a sold out occasion! We assumed our fans and clients would be lined up out the door for such a huge milestone….

Reality check: We had 3 clients between 9am-9pm and we sat around bored all day. 😂

To those 3 guests, and every guest since then, we honor you, we thank you, and we are so grateful for you! Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are now!

Hmm…. I still have that red dress I wore somewhere…..
